Ponies for Sale… German Riding Ponies for riding and breeding are always available for sale. Carefully selected for kindness, competitiveness, and quality, they offer riders, trainers and breeders the opportunity to experience the joys of "the little warmblood who loves to work." Because of the expense of import, only German Riding Ponies who exhibit the special characteristics of the breed, through pedigree, training and/or potential, are offered for sale. Videotape of current and past offerings can be requested.
Escorted Buying Trips through Germany… are made several times each year. Through personal contacts with breeders, owners, agents and breed societies, a good selection of ponies to meet your criteria can be seen during your trip. Previewing videotape of current ponies for sale and indicating your particular favorites help in the pre-selection process.
Vetting… can be arranged at German facilities with the capability to immediately email information including x-rays and laboratory findings to your local veterinarian.
Importation and Quarantine… can be arranged through reputable ground and air carriers. An agent in Germany will assure constant supervision of transport from the stable to the airport. Several quarantine stations in the United States can be suggested. Insurance through your carrier is recommended.
